If you like British tomatoes, toast and cooking appliances endorsed by former heavyweight boxing champions, this is definitely the competition for you!

To coincide with British Tomato Fortnight, we’re challenging you to share your images of delicious domestically-grown toms on toast for a chance to win a George Foreman grill, as well as a special tomato delivery.

Whether you want to get involved on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, it’s really straightforward:

• For Instagram and TikTok, just tag @britishtomatoes in your post and use the #tomsontoast hashtag

• On Facebook, search @BritishTomatoGrowersAssociation and post your image as a comment on our pinned post

The competition runs from Friday 30th April till Friday 4th June, with the winner to be announced on Sunday 6th June – the final day of British Tomato Fortnight.
