Vegetarian Mini Kebabs
Ingredients
Kebabs:
250g (9oz) British Baby Plum Tomatoes
200g pkt feta or cheddar cheese, chilled and cut into cubes
185g can pitted black olives, drained
½ small cucumber, sliced
Tomato Sauce:
2 British Classic Tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
200g carton natural fromage frais
30ml (2 tablesp) chopped fresh mint
Juice of ½ lemon

Tomato Sauce:
2 British Classic Tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped

Juice of ½ lemon
- Thread tomatoes, cheese, olives and cucumber onto 8-12 small wooden skewers.
- Mix together the sauce ingredients.
- Warm pitta bread.
- Serve kebabs with sauce and warm pitta bread.
